1. Agreement & Cab Booking Confirmation
By booking a cab through Indian Travellings (website: indiantravellings.com, phone: 9625024841), you agree to these commercial transport terms. A booking is confirmed when vehicle allocation details (driver name, mobile number, vehicle number) are dispatched to the customer via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone verification.
2. Fare Structure & Billing Calculation
- One-Way Outstation Trips: Fixed flat rates or exact distance billing from your specified Delhi NCR pickup point to destination city. No return distance is charged.
- Round-Trip Outstation Bookings: Subject to a statutory minimum billing of 250 kilometers per calendar day (midnight to midnight). Any distance traveled exceeding the daily cumulative limit is billed at the agreed per-kilometer rate.
- Local Hourly Rentals: Packages are available for 4 Hours / 40 Km, 8 Hours / 80 Km, and 12 Hours / 120 Km. Extra hours and extra kilometers beyond the contracted slab are charged as per standard tariff.
3. Tolls, State Permits, Parking & Driver Allowances
- Toll Taxes: High-speed expressway and national highway tolls are charged as per actual receipts (or paid directly via the vehicle’s FASTag).
- Interstate Commercial Permits: State entry taxes (e.g. entry into Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, or Punjab) are government levies payable as per actual border rates unless an all-inclusive package has been explicitly purchased.
- Night Allowance: A driver night allowance (₹250 to ₹300) applies if the driver operates the vehicle between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We believe in honest customer flexibility. Zero cancellation fees are levied if the booking is cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. In cases where the cab has already reached your doorstep, a nominal vehicle mobilization charge (₹400) is applicable to reimburse the driver for fuel.
5. Luggage Guidelines & Passenger Capacity
Passenger capacity must strictly comply with the vehicle registration certificate (Sedan: 4 passengers, SUV: 6 passengers, Prime Innova: 7 passengers, Tempo: 12-16 passengers). Carrying contraband, illegal narcotics, or hazardous chemicals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination without refund.
6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All contractual disputes arising from services rendered by Indian Travellings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi, India.
